Member Coverage Shift List

Pursuant to your original membership commitment, we are once again organizing a Member Coverage Shift List during two traditionally challenging response periods:

We are asking every member to recommit to a minimum of one weekly shift, with two shifts encouraged wherever possible, which will be assigned for the coming year.

We ask everyone to make two selections, indicating a first and second choice. If you are available and willing to commit to both shifts, please indicate that when making your selections.

We want to emphasize that we fully recognize and appreciate all the calls our members already take, both during and outside these hours. This initiative is not intended to be punitive or to diminish those efforts in any way. Rather, its purpose is to ensure dependable coverage specifically during times when it is needed most. At times, this may mean prioritizing your assigned coverage shift over other calls you might otherwise respond to outside these hours. Our goal is simply to make sure these particularly challenging periods are properly covered, while recognizing the tremendous commitment our members already make every day.
